Are your albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all our albums and merchandise are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors in South Korea. All album sales are also reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
How do you ensure my albums arrive safely?
We understand the importance of mint condition collectibles. All orders are securely wrapped in multiple layers of premium bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner damage.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. This video is required by our suppliers to process exchanges or refunds for damaged goods.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled as long as the status is not 'Processed' or 'Shipped'. Once the pre-order period ends and we have secured the stock from Korea, cancellations may no longer be possible.
